Write to the bench.

One address, read by the bench, answered in the order it arrives. Build slot requests are confirmed within two business days. Everything else gets a reply within one business day, which is a promise we have kept 99.4% of the time for four years and publish the misses in the changelog.

01 Build slots

The queue is visible because hiding it is rude.

Batches run in groups of 120 and calibration happens per batch, so inventory arrives in waves. The current slot count updates the moment a batch closes. Nothing is charged until your unit ships, and a slot can be moved to the following batch without penalty, twice, no questions asked.

Loaners ship with a certificate, a schematic, and no embargo conditions. Review units are not free units; we ask for coverage only when you have something true to say either way.

Prefer to argue in person? The bench reads every message, and the two best counter-arguments received this year were about drift mode defaults and whether the warm-up LED should exist. Both authors got named in the changelog. Both were right, which is the part we find suspicious.

THE REPLY PROMISE

Every inbound email to any studio address gets a reply from a person within one business day. The reply is either an answer, a question, or an honest "we do not know yet and here is when we will."

If you ever get an auto-reply that pretends to be a person, that is a bug and we want the screenshot.
